Do I have to be a resident of Wylie to get a card?

No, we welcome everyone at our library. However, you must have a valid government-issued photo I.D. such as a driver's license or passport. There are no fees for non-residents at the Smith Public Library. Anyone 17 years and younger must have a parent or legal guardian apply for them. Library cards are issued in person only.
